The Still You Recovery website is an informational resource for patients and clinicians. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your information responsibly.
Individual assessment responses are scored entirely within your browser using deterministic calculations. No patient data is stored on our servers or sent to any external service for interpretation or scoring.
PCRES Online Assessment
When you complete the PCRES assessment on this website, your responses are scored entirely within your browser. No patient data — responses, scores, identifiers, or health information — is stored on our servers.
If you choose to email your results, the data is transmitted once and immediately discarded by our server. We do not maintain any record of assessments completed through this tool.
Your clinician's office receives the results directly and is responsible for incorporating them into your medical record per their own privacy practices.
Provider Setup
When clinicians use the Provider Setup tool, their practice name and email address are encoded into a URL parameter. This information is not stored on our servers. It is used only to facilitate result delivery when a patient completes an assessment using a provider-generated link.
Pre-CERS Online Screening
The Pre-CERS (Pre-Craniotomy Emotional Readiness Screen) follows the same privacy model as the PCRES assessment. All responses are scored entirely within your browser. No patient data is stored on our servers. If you choose to email results, the data is transmitted once and immediately discarded.
The Pre-CERS uses flag-based interpretation rather than a total score. No flags, scores, or patient identifiers are retained after the browser session ends or the email is sent.
Cookies and Analytics
This website uses essential cookies only for basic functionality. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand general site usage patterns. We do not use advertising cookies or share any data with third-party advertisers.
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, or have access to: patient health information, assessment responses or scores, medical records, insurance information, or any personally identifiable health data. The PCRES online assessment is a calculator, not a medical record system.
